For optimal use: 1. Limit the total baking time to about 25 minutes and the dehydration time to about 10 minutes. 2. If the temperature rises too quickly during baking, turn off the heat intermittently, but restart the heat before the temperature stabilizes to prevent a drop in baking temperature. 3. Carefully select your coffee beans, as freshly roasted beans may still have some silver skin that will naturally fall through the holes during the shaking and stirring process. 4. We recommend not using this product for French or espresso roasting at home. 5. Turn off the fire and turn on the exhaust fan when you have reached the desired level of roasting. 6. Do not use the product with induction cookers or electric stoves to avoid affecting the motor's service life.
