Our coffee roaster machine can roast 750 grams (1.65 lb/26.45 ounces) of coffee beans in 25 minutes. The recommended optimum baking quantity is 300-350 grams.

After the roasting process, it's important to cool the coffee beans quickly using a hair dryer or a sieve mesh. This prevents the beans from cooling naturally, which can negatively impact the flavor. Finally, the roasted coffee beans should be stored in an appropriate environment for 3-4 days to allow the carbon dioxide to be released, ensuring the full flavor is enjoyed.
