To install the Single Dose Hopper onto your machine:

1. Clean the grinder thoroughly by removing the original hopper and clearing all old beans and grounds using a vacuum cleaner. It is crucial that the grinder inlet is free from any residue to ensure a secure fit.

2. Align the tabs on the orange locking ring with the slots in your grinder inlet, then firmly push the locking ring down to ensure it is fully inserted. Do not connect the hopper to the locking ring at this stage.

3. Align the tabs on the hopper with the slots in the locking ring, then press down to secure the hopper in place. Next, twist the hopper clockwise until you feel a click, indicating it is fully inserted. This may require some force due to the locking mechanism and O-ring seal, and applying an upward force while twisting can make the process easier. Ensure the hopper is correctly installed to engage the safety pin, allowing the grinder to operate.

To use the Single Dose Hopper:

1. Measure your desired dose and pour the beans into the hopper. The silicone bellows works great for this task, as it can be used to both measure and transfer the beans.

2. Place the anti-popcorning weight on top of the beans.

3. Set the silicone bellows on the hopper.

4. Press the grinder trigger to begin grinding.

5. Once all the beans are ground, pump the bellows to purge the grinder. This works best while the grinder is still spinning, so restart the grinder if it has stopped.

6. Enjoy your freshly ground coffee!
